Este edificio fue construido en 2002 para una clinica de especialidades medicas. El vestíbulo del edificio necesita una reconstrucción después de que varios se queja sono Stati hecho. Después de algunas investigaciones y escuchar lo que querían los clientes, la conclusión era hacer un diseño que puede mostrar el contraste de la edad, el trabajo realizado en el edificio, manteniendo los materiales para el cliente apreciado: tales como el piso de un granito italiano muy especial. El concepto de iluminación de este proyecto se inspiró en las antiguas vigas de hormigón y después dar un diseño especial e interesante. Nos pidieron crear pequeños espacios donde las personas pudieran tomar asiento, pero el aspecto importante de esto fue que tuvimos que crear muebles en donde las personas no esten comodas. ya que la gente llegaba y se sentaba varias horas en en loby del edificio y se llenaba de mucha gente y eso se quería evitar.

This Building was constructed in 2002 for a medical specialties clinic. The lobby of the building needed some reconstruction after several complains have been done. After some research and listening what the clients wanted, the conclusion was to make a design that can show the contrast of the old work done in the building, keeping materials the client appreciated such as the floor being of a very special Italian granite.
The light concept of this project was inspired in the old concrete beams and following them to give a special and interesting design. We were asked to create little spaces in the lobby where people could seat, but the important aspect in this was that we had to create furniture in which people sat but not comfortably. Why? One of the problems in the Lobby was that people were arriving to the clinic and waiting in the lobby for long hours, creating a lot of noise and traffic which disturbed the offices and people. In this way we created little corners with an interesting concept explained later.
The sitting corners in the lobby were created to give a visual impact to the person as soon as they see it. Using triangular handmade tiles, with a strong color that calls the attention, not only for its color but because of their shape as well. Each tile was done diffently, first being cut with laser and then giving different layer of materials to give a different color and texture to each. Afterwards the corner was precisely planned for it to have a contrast between the old floor and walls with the new corner created.
